Peace of mind should not cost the earth, which is exactly why our Renault Services plans have been created. Not only do they offer you the chance to enjoy hassle free driving, but they do so without breaking your budget.

So How Does the Renault Service Plan Work?

When you buy a New Renault Vehicle from us at Group1, you will have the option of taking a Renault 3 Year Service Plan that is put in place to protect you from any unexpected costs that might come along while having your car serviced on a regular basis. For your convenience, and to help you save money, the costs of the Service Plan will be fixed. This means that the Renault service rates won’t increase throughout the duration of the plan, even if the costs of labour or parts do. You also have the option of extending your Service Plan at any time during the contract period.

What is Covered by the Renault Service Plans?

The Renault Service Plans cover the scheduled service labour as well as the replacement of the following*:

• Engine and transmission oil
• Brake fluid and other lubricants
• All serviceable items required to perform the service
• Oil filters
• Air filters
• Sump plug gaskets

Please Note! Every New Renault Car comes with a 3 Year Service Plan Option (please see below for an individual breakdown) that will cover you financially for the scheduled services outlined in the Service Booklet. The service of your car, SUV or commercial vehicle will always be completed using qualified Renault service technicians using genuine parts and performed at an approved Renault dealership.

Renault Maintenance Plan

A Maintenance Plan covers servicing, maintenance and labour costs over a specified period of time. You get peace of mind, knowing that your costs are covered.

The Renault Maintenance Plan covers the following*:

• Spark plugs
• Oil filters
• Air cleaner elements
• Timing belts
• Brake pads
• Exhausts
• Globes, fuses
• Air conditioner

• Power steering belts
• Oil
• Transmission oil
• Alternator belts
• Anti-freeze
• Brake lining
• Shock absorbers

As with the Renault Service Plan, you have the option of extending your Maintenance Plan at any time during the contract period.

An Important Renault Service Plan and Maintenance Plan Note!

*The scheduled Renault Service and Renault Maintenance Plans do not include the following, which will be charged to your own account:

• Top-up lubricants such as oil (service plan only)
• The replacement of wear and tear items such as shock absorbers, brake pads, brake discs, exhausts (service plan only)
• All tyres, wheel alignment and tyre balancing
• Glow plugs for diesel engines
• Injector pump
• The calibration of diesel engines
• Clutches and cam belts
• Warranty related items
• Damage caused by driver abuse

• Body damage
• Windscreen and glass damages
• Paintwork
• Retrofitted accessories
• Issues with radio / CD’s
• Air conditioner re-gassing
• Damaged alloy wheels
• After-market accessories
• Accident related damage to mechanical components
