Renault Talisman Debuts at Frankfurt Motor Show

Renault Talisman

Renault Talisman

The Renault Talisman has made its eagerly anticipated public debut at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show, and the good news is that it brought the house down. This stylish saloon is the direct replacement for the now-discontinued Renault Laguna and will be launched sometime during 2016. With a more upmarket and sleeker design than many of its rivals, this amazing new Renault vehicle has been designed and built from the ground up to take on rivals such as the VW Passat and Mazda 6. In fact, it is even believed that the new front-end could be the new look for future Renault designs.

Bigger and More Beautiful Design

The beautifully crafted sloping roofline of the Talisman is indicative of modern European design trends and the large LED rear lights give the back-end a distinctive look. In fact, in our opinion, this is possibly one of the best looking vehicles in its class. But good looks are not all that this amazing car has to offer, as the Renault Talisman is 4.85 metres long, which is 70mm longer than the Passat, and it is also a spacious 1.87 metres wide. The Talisman will only be available in right-hand traffic markets, so we won’t get it here. However, if you’d like to keep up to date with all of the latest Renault news, we suggest that you keep up with our blog. Not only is it free, but it will also ensure that you stay abreast of all South African Renault news and Talisman launch updates.

The Talisman Inside

Inside, the Talisman is just as easy on the eye as the outside, plus it is said to be packed full of new Renault technology, including:

  • LED headlamps
  • Dead-up display
  • BOSE® surround sound
  • Hands-free parking

The Talisman is only available in left-hand drive, so it won’t be sold in South Africa. However, you can have a look at the exciting range of Renault vehicles that are sold here.
