The French automaker has done it again as the all-new Renault Duster TechRoad looks incredible and so does the price and all the features. It adds even further impetus to the already impressive range especially considering the successful launch of the new Renault Duster SUV in 2018 and the 4×4 version not too long ago.
Everything they have done thus far with this range has proven to be substantial. Since launching the SUV in 2018, sales have increased by more than 50% and that number will only increase with the 4×4 and the Renault Duster TechRoad coming to the fore.
What’s New On The Renault Duster TechRoad?
Set to replace the Dynamique 4×2 model, the Renault Duster TechRoad takes style to the next level. Red styling details on the exterior and interior are standouts as they’ve introduced a new Fusion Red colour option which they expect to be a particularly popular choice.
The interior has been completely redesigned showing superior quality finishes and a host of new equipment and technology for a more comfortable and fabulous driving experience. It also looks tougher and more robust ready to take on more than the urban jungle.
Exterior Design And Features
The Renault Duster’s already tough stance is further emphasized by bold and more horizontal lines. They’ve also added new 17-inch Diamond Cut wheels for a more assertive profile while a new silver roof rails, front and rear skid plates put it in the adventurer class.
On the front, the chrome trim of the grille looks stunning and compliments the powerful C-shaped light signature. A raised profile, bespoke badging and red strips on the side doors complete the imposing presence of the New Duster TechRoad.
The TechRoad even has greater off-road ability thanks to the class-leading ground clearance of 210mm. It has good approach and departure angles of 30° and 34° respectively making it ready for all-terrain driving.
Interior Features And Styling
The newly redesigned interior of the Renault Duster TechRoad is more spacious and passenger-friendly. The upholstery is of a high-quality finish showing off red detailing on the seats and interior finishes while the dashboard presents a bold ergonomic design.
Another redesigned element are the seats as they envelop the passengers more, promoting exceptional travel comfort. Storage is often an issue with many cars but not the Renault Duster TechRoad. It has several smart, easily accessible storage spaces with improved accessibility to the controls.
The interior has a modular-type layout which can easily be adapted to suit various needs. A rear bench seat features a 1/3 – 2/3 split-fold while the boot has a class-leading total capacity of 478-litres.
In terms of equipment, the Renault Duster TechRoad has state-of-the-art tech including onboard satellite navigation. The TechRoad comes standard with a touchscreen infotainment system featuring Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. Each one has features that allow drivers and passengers to control music, navigate and communicate through voice commands and the Duster’s manual controls.
Other convenience features that offer exceptional driving support on the open road and improve the overall driving experience include automatic climate control, speed limiter and cruise control.
